WAYFARE TERMS OF USE (EULA) =========================== Effective date: August 3, 2026 Last updated: August 3, 2026 These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the end user license agreement between you and Wayfare ("we," "us") governing your use of the Wayfare iOS app. By downloading or using Wayfare, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. LICENSE ------- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Wayfare on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms of Service. You may not misuse, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the app's features, blocking, or quest-verification mechanisms. YOUR ACCOUNT ------------ You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wayfare. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING ------------------------- Wayfare Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, purchased through your Apple ID: * Wayfare Pro - Monthly: 1 month of Wayfare Pro, US$6.99 per month. * Wayfare Pro - Yearly: 1 year of Wayfare Pro, US$49.99 per year (about US$4.17 per month). Prices are in U.S. dollars and may differ by storefront; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings -> your name -> Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms of Service; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly. QUESTS AND REWARDS ------------------ Earned screen time and Sparks are in-app features with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money and may be adjusted as the app evolves. Quest verification, including AI-assisted verification, is provided on an as-is basis and may not be accurate in every case. CONTENT YOU PROVIDE ------------------- You retain ownership of content you create in the app, such as journal entries and photos. You are responsible for that content and grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the app for you. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY --------------------------------------- Wayfare is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wayfare is a habit-building tool and is not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. TERMINATION ----------- You may stop using Wayfare at any time and delete your account from Settings -> Account Actions -> Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. APPLE ----- Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Wayfare or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Wayfare. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. CHANGES AND CONTACT ------------------- We may update these Terms as the app changes and will update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
